Is pond water safe to water the garden/vegetables if you have used PURE products?

Waste water from a garden pond is great for the garden, full of nutrients.  The bacteria in the Pure products is also beneficial to the plants, but it doesn't really hang around in the water column, as it normally sticks to surfaces in the filter and the pond.
