Can you maintain and service an "Essential Series Ball Valve"?

Yes you can access the bush inside the ball valve and even remove and clean the ball if needed. To do this you can use the handle as a way to unscrew the bush by following these steps:

1. Pull the handle to remove it.
2. Unscrew the collar on the end of the valve that has the lugs on the internal bush.
3. Turn the handle over and insert the centre of the handle into the lugs on the bush.
4. Turn the handle to unscrew the bush.
5. Remove the bush, taking care not to lose the o-ring.
6. If needed, you can remove the ball for further maintenance.
