If you need to return a product, please follow these steps.

Provide all necessary details:
2. Await Confirmation
Please allow up to 5 working days for an initial response confirming receipt of your request.
3. Customer Returns Number (CRN)
Wait for a Customer Returns Number (CRN) from us before returning any products.
5. Prepare Your Return
Most products will be collected by our couriers, or in some cases inspected by your Key Account Manager.
If we request a return, package the product carefully and clearly label it with the CRN.

Important notes:
- Items returned without a CRN cannot be processed and may be disposed of after 7 days.
- Submission of the form and assignment of a CRN does not guarantee a credit — all returns are subject to inspection.
- For warranty claims, proof of purchase is required.
- For electrical items that are to be disposed of without return, we will require a clear image with the power cable/plug removed before issuing credit.
- Collection and re-stocking fees may apply for customer order errors or unwanted items.
